current obstacles faced by both organisations using cloud computing services
and cloud service providers.

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a
set of best practices that depict and define the internationally accepted
engagements practised in an IT management infrastructure regardless the size of
the organisation or the technology they use.

ITIL endorses a quality approach to achieving business
efficiency and effectiveness within the use of information systems and because
